Late Spring brings warm, settled weather with the daily average rising to about 24°C and typically 11 hours of sunshine a day.

The long sandy beach with its calm waters, boasts a blue flag and is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and the nearest golf course is a 15 minute drive away. There is a small supermarket in the town and 2 larger supermarkets 10 minutes drive away.

The larger town of Puerto de Mazarron is a few kilometres to the East. It is a fascinating old town backed by a rugged landscape of mountains that extend their tranquillity to the edge of the sea.
