Bolnuevo is a bustling traditional Spanish town during the summer months, and a quiet retreat out of the tourist season. During summer, the daytime temperature averages 30 °C with very little rainfall and an average of 11 to 12 hours of sunshine a day. Even in autumn, the sea stays warm and the air temperature can reach averages of up to 28°C, only falling to about 20°C in November. Winter in this region is characterised by a relatively warm climate with temperatures averaging 17°C. Late Spring brings warm, settled weather with the daily average rising to about 24°C and typically 11 hours of sunshine a day. |

The long sandy beach with its calm waters, boasts a blue flag and is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are many bars and restaurants nearby and the nearest golf course is a 15 minute drive away. There is a small supermarket in the town and 2 larger supermarkets 10 minutes drive away.
The larger town of Puerto de Mazarron
is a few kilometres to the East. It is a fascinating old town
backed by a rugged landscape of mountains that extend their
tranquillity to the edge of the sea. |

130 kilometres from Alicante airport, 65 kilometres from Murcia and
207 kilometres from Almeria airport. Hire cars are available at the
airports or if you prefer, there are taxis too.
